About Us

Lingling Wu is a Chevening scholar, a graduate of the University of Cambridge. She holds certificates from INSEAD Business School and the University of Oxford. Ms. Wu has spent many years with the People’s Bank of China (China’s Central Bank), as well as the China Zheshang Bank, Beijing branch. She is highly experienced in the areas of macroeconomic analysis, monetary policy, financial market transactions, primary and secondary market investment and private equity management. Prior to founding Bullseye Financial, she worked as a Chief Operating Officer, specialising in fund management, private banking, and wealth management.

Dr. Wei Shi earned her PhD in Economics and Finance at the University of Bath with full scholarship. She started her career at Deloitte as a due diligence analyst, where she found her interest in financial modelling and valuation, so she joined Duff and Phelps’ valuation team and later worked at AON’s corporate development team focusing on global M&A projects. Before co-founding Bullseye Financial Ltd with Ms Lingling Wu, Dr Wei Shi worked as a Fund Manager and sucessfully managed multiple investment funds. Dr. Wei Shi is a CFA charter holder and specialises in investment portfolio design and management.

Graduated from University College London with a master’s degree in Information Science, Amani has experience in sales, marketing, public relations and account management where she gained valuable experience and interpersonal skills. She joined AG Group UK Office and worked on several projects; building business relationships, organising events for high-end clients with Premier League Football Clubs. Prior to co-founding Bullseye Financial, She worked in Client Relations assisting business development and HNWI client onboarding. She’s also interested in UK property investment and development. In her spare time Amani enjoys skiing, tennis and many other sports.

After earning his BA (Hons) degree in Economics from the University of Washington, Alex worked with Microsoft for over ten years across a broad range of operations. On his relocation to the U.K. in 2008, he began his financial career by achieving a Distinction in Applied Financial Investing, focusing on technical analysis of various asset types, including G10 currencies, major Equity indices and Commodities. In the subsequent years, acting as a Trade Mentor, he has enhanced his market insight as a technical analyst with strong focus on risk management and has acquired a firm understanding of global macro/microeconomics. With an education and working background across Asia, U. S. and Europe, Alex is truly a global citizen with valuable worldwide experiences.

Manoj is a 25+ years veteran of the financial markets as a trader, stockbroker, and market commentator, enjoying a network spanning private investment firms, FCA regulated firms, PE firms, hedge funds, HNW investors and family offices. He has traded across several economic cycles and varying levels of volatility since 1997, across a range of asset classes. Manoj has appeared on financial and mainstream media since 2000, from BBC, Sky TV, Bloomberg, CNBC etc. and been quoted in the mainstream press. His work now encompasses all aspects of trading, broking, and media

Steve Miley has over 30 years of financial market experience. He is the founder, Director and Primary Analyst at The Market Chartist, the Editor-in-Chief for FXExplained.co.uk, Co-founder of TradeDay.com, and Senior Investment Advisor at Bullseye Financial. Steve spent most of his career at Merrill Lynch for 15 years, with his last ten years as a Vice President in the research department as a technical analyst. Following Merrill Lynch, Steve worked as a Director in the Technical Analysis Research Strategy team with Credit Suisse where he managed the FX division, responsible for the reports, forecasts, and bank wide research for G10 & Emerging Markets currencies as well as Equity Indices, Rates & Credit, plus Commodities. Steve is a Member of the Society of Technical Analysts (MSTA) and holds a master’s degree in politics, Philosophy & Economics from Oxford University (Lincoln College). He adds significant value to the investment management team by employing his extensive fundamental market experience, alongside his wealth of technical analysis knowledge.

Joshua’s career began post graduating in Economics and Politics with various companies before achieving the Level 5 Diploma in Applied Financial Investing. With over 4 years of top-tier investment banking experience at JP Morgan, Joshua conveys how strategies are constructed, interpreted, and implemented in an investment bank. Across his roles with JP Morgan, Joshua gained valuable exposure to risk scenarios modelling and portfolio construction, whilst providing client support in trade management. Dedicating his focus to the various technical analysis techniques, Joshua has developed and refined his strategic investment strategy most fitting to his career in finance and beyond.

Ling Jin is a qualified Level 1 immigration adviser approved by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner. She has obtained two Masters in the UK, one is MA TESOL, and the other is MBA in International Business. Before joining Bullseye Financial Limited, as a Legal Executive she was handling with legal work with Solicitors for nearly 1.5 years, mainly in the areas of UK properties and immigration cases and gained professional experience in over several hundred cases. Ms. Jin has also been a qualified translator over 14 years after being awarded Bachelor degree in English Education, and especially specialised in various legal documents translation. She is also experienced in client relationship management.

Piers has been investing in the financial markets for over six years. After completing his initial training, he spent the following years on continually dedicated development and refinement of his investing strategy. His consistently profitable performance allowed him to be funded by an online proprietary fund and invest in various leveraged accounts sizes. Since his entry into the world of finance, he’s been inspired by the teachers and mentors who helped to guide him along his journey. He feels very fortunate to be in a position now to give back and share his field expertise and offer guidance to inspire the next generation of financial professionals.

After graduating from one of the top finance and economic universities in China, Jessie has developed her interest in marketing and communication since she worked at BMW China. She also sharpened her digital marketing skills by working at the Chinese top e-commerce company JD.com. Later she gained a master’s degree in marketing at the University of St Andrews, trying to pursue an international career. Combining her solid background in finance and economics and expertise in marketing, Jessie contributes to Bullseye Financial with her whole heart.
